I never dreamed what started as a home school chemistry project would turn into a business that has brought relief to so many people with skin problems. I'm basically a yes person, so when a friend called for help in trying to figure out how to make goat milk soap, of course I agreed.

The soap was a success and when I started using it I was impress that it was not drying like the soaps I used to use. I started making it for my family and giving it as gifts and the good reviews started pouring in. We were expecting people to tell us that they loved the soap because it did not dry out their skin like commercial soaps, but we were also hearing people telling us that they had finally found relief to their skin problems with our hand made goat milk soaps. People also wrote to tell us that they were able to stop using prescription drugs for their skins problems too. Ultimately we realized we had something worthwhile to offer people and Alabu Soap Company was born.
