The QFLEA brand will develop strength over time as long as our flea market consistently communicates and delivers our brand values to customers and vendors.
Customer and vendor response will be regularly and continually reviewed to assure that we continue to deliver our core competencies and brand values. Regular feedback will be solicited to assure that what QFLEA is doing for them matches the expectation your brand creates.
Once our brand is developed it can be used to attract new customers. We can use our core competencies to show the benefits of the QFLEA virtual flea market to potential customers. Our goal will be to show what our business can do for them, not just what we do. We will need to be sure that every communication with potential customers and vendors is also consistent with our brand values. Advertisements and literature must be visually and emotionally consistent with what we provide to existing customers and vendors. To that end, we created our first brochure that we distributed at the Stormville Flea Market. It was well-received by those who reviewed it.
In the near future, QFLEA will begin developing strategic partnerships with selected vendors in the development of private label products bearing the QFLEA brand name. Specific details will be outlined in strategic partnership contracts, which will need to be developed going forward. Any new products or services will be consistent with our existing brand values.
