Who says business can't be fun? Plain Brown Tabby Toys and Treats is about making kitty wishes and dreams come true. Along the way, it's owner's are finding business rewarding, exciting, exhausting at times. So many treats and toys for one Alix P. Curl (the P is for princess), a plump brown tabby American Curl, to test! Much time spent in researching and locating both classic, hard to find cat toys no longer carried by the big superstores, as well as innovative, cutting edge toys. There is nothing the owner, Pat Krook, loves more than the photos and notes she receives about cats happy to have a favorite toy again, or older cats responding like a kitten, for the first time in years.

One source of support and inspiration over the 4 years since opening, has been the active small business list associated with QFLEA.com. Having a place to ask questions, where established business owners share what they know & where one can network with other small business owners, is invaluable.

Besides focusing on all-natural cat treats, organic catnip, valerian and honeysuckle cat toys, Plain Brown Tabby Toys and Treats created a unique line of themed cat gift baskets such as the Tabby Takeout and Honeysuckle To Go. Spring 2006 will see the debut of their own line of gourmet cat toys. Alix couldn't be happier! Who says business can't be fun?
