Once or twice a year, I try to get to the Stormville Airport Flea Market in Stormville, New York. The Stormville Airport Antique Show & Flea Market is located in the historical and scenic Hudson Valley, on a private airport located halfway between Manhattan and Albany, right off the beautiful Taconic State Parkway. The flea market is quite successful, attracting over 600 vendors from more than eight states surrounding New York.

The Stormville Flea Market offers quite a wide range of items. There are hundreds of antique vendors who have just about everything old, collectible and nostalgic. I can't tell you how many items I saw for sale that I had thrown away as a child! It's amazing what my Flintstones lunchbox would have been worth today! There are also an equal number of vendors who sell current product items, including a pickle vendor who had the longest lines of the day at his booth. Others included candle makes, soap makers, clothing vendors, food items, household goods, books, CDs, DVDs, and just about anything else you could possibly want.

I love walking through this flea market, people-watching while I traverse the many aisles of vendors. Many vendors sell from websites and on my most recent trip, I found six who I felt would make great QFLEA members, and personally invited them to join. Recruiting vendors at the Stormville Flea Market is a very enjoyable task.
