Country Critters And More started when a lady asked to make her a country cloth chicken doll dressed in clothes that could set on a shelf. My husband liked it so much, he encouraged me to make a rooster and hen set. I soon ran out of space for them in my sewing room and knew that I needed to find some way to sell them and decided to open a online business. That way people could see my items 24 hours a day. I also hand make country cloth dolls, bears, rabbits and wreaths along with the chickens. Each one of my hand crafted dolls and wreaths are made with pride one at a time. I take pride in making quality things and like to know that the things I design makes you smile. The name for my business came from all the "Country Critters" I make, "And More" was because I design and sew a lot of different things. I also do custom work.
