QFLEA for the Holidays
Welcome to our special edition of the QFLEA Shopping News, printed for the start of the holiday season. I know what you're thinking. It's only October - why is Charley talking about the holidays already? That's a good question and I'm glad you asked, because I've got a good answer.
The vendors at QFLEA who participate in our holiday promotion are mostly craftspeople. They create unique, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted and personalized items to meet your gift-giving needs. But because they take such loving care in creating their items, they need a little extra time for their special talents. Also, I know now from years of experience that our shoppers like to take their time wandering around our holiday site before they actually put in their holiday orders. So we start a little early, usually on October 1, so that you have time to look around, order and still get your beautiful gifts in time for the holiday gift giving.
The economy has been tough these last few years, and our crafters and other vendors have felt the pinch. I hope that as we are now seeing the beginnings of a recovery, you remember these fine small business folks and support them with your business for the holiday season and beyond.
I'm not sure if I'm the first, but I'm probably one of the first to wish you a very happy and healthy holiday season.

An Irregular Newsletter?
Well, I'm an irregular guy! The QFLEA Shopping News was once published monthly, but we found that with so many other ways to present QFLEA to you that the newsletter sort of become a little irrelevant. We now can access QFLEA through it's webpage, and through Facebook and Twitter, so we thought that we'd stop publishing the newsletter for a little while and only bring her out for special occasions, like the holidays.
So you can look forward to the QFLEA Shopping News being published on an irregular basis, essentially whenever we feel the need to share something with you that's a little out of the ordinary, like our holiday promotion.
We know that one of the features you enjoyed most about the newsletter was the humor. Therefore, without further ado ...
A Little Something to Bring a Smile to Your Face
After dying in a car crash, three friends go to Heaven for orientation. They are all asked the same question: "When you are in your casket, and friends and family are mourning over you, what would you like to hear them say about you?"
The first guy immediately responds. He says, "I would like to hear them say that I was one of the great doctors of my time, and a great family man, and an all-around good guy."
The second guy thinks for a moment, and then says, "I would like to hear that I was a wonderful husband and father to my children, and a very fine school teacher who really made a huge difference in the lives of the children of tomorrow."
The last guy finally gets his turn and replies, "I guess I'd like to hear them say, 'Look, he's moving!"
