How to Advertise on QFLEA with Twitter

You can advertise on QFLEA at no cost by using Twitter, which you can also use at no cost.

You can use our FIND feature to search for anything at the QFLEA flea market. Our high quality, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted and personalized FINDs are waiting to be found!

To start a Twitter account, go to the Twitter home page at www.twitter.com and click on the green button with the words "'Sign up now'". Be sure you choose a user name that makes sense for your business. After entering your unique password and providing an email address, you create your account.

Once you've been accepted and you have your new account, you'll see a box with the words "What's Happening?". That is the box where you will enter your "tweet". A tweet is a sentence or two that will be no longer than 140 characters, so be brief. If you start that tweet with the expression "@QFLEA" and then your ad, the tweet will come to me. If I feel it's appropriate, I will accept it and it will appear on the QFLEA web page.

Use this to let our shoppers know that you've got something to sell them. You can take a look at the current QFLEA-Twitter test page at http://www.qflea.com/testing-twitter.htm to see some examples of what your fellow vendors have submitted.

You can submit one every day and as long as there is space, and the ad is appropriate, I will accept it. The ad MUST include a link to a currently listed website at QFLEA.com, not your Facebook page or some other site and must comply in general with the QFLEA terms of service.

Note: If you are not a QFLEA member and find this and try to submit an ad, it will be ignored. The ads need to go through an approval process and I will not approve ads submitted by non-members.
